Reservations & Payment
All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, depending on the rate selected. Some promotional rates require full pre-payment and are non-refundable.
Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.
Cancellation & Refunds
Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date (by 12:00 noon local Lisbon time).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or no-shows, will be charged the first night's accommodation fee.
Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is from 14:00. Standard check-out time is 11:00.
Early check-in (from 10:00) and late check-out (until 13:00) may be available on request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Under Portuguese law, all guests must complete a registration form upon arrival.
The minimum age to check in without an accompanying adult is 18 years.
House Rules
Quiet hours are 23:00 to 08:00. We ask all guests to respect other guests during these hours.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property, including bedrooms and bathrooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Guests are responsible for the safety of their own belongings. Lockers are provided in all dorm rooms. Lisbon Lounge accepts no liability for loss or theft of personal property.
Damage caused by guests to hostel property will be charged to the guest at replacement cost.
We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the property without refund if they are found to be in breach of these house rules, engaging in illegal activity, or causing disturbance to other guests or staff.
Free Breakfast
A complimentary continental breakfast is included with all accommodation. Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:30 in the common room. Breakfast is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
Group Bookings
Groups of 8 or more persons are considered group bookings and may be subject to different cancellation policies and deposit requirements. Please contact us directly at [email protected] for group enquiries.
Liability
Lisbon Lounge Hostel & Suites and its owners and staff accept no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Guests participate in any activities, excursions, or experiences arranged through the hostel at their own risk.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
