When you make a booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by our booking platform (Cloudbeds) and we do not store full card details on our own servers.
When you visit our website, we may collect standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this information solely to improve our website experience.

Data Retention
We retain booking data for the period required by Portuguese and EU law (generally 5–10 years for financial records). Guest registration data required by law is retained for the legally mandated period.
Marketing communications opt-ins are retained until you unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Your Rights Under GDPR
As a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (where we are not legally required to retain it), object to or restrict our processing of your data, and request a portable copy of your data.
